CRISPINS EUROPE, S.L.U. (hereinafter Let’s Chocolaat), as owner and operator of the online store known as Let’s Chocolaat, is a company engaged in the sale of food products. Through this website (located at https://letschocolaat.com, hereinafter Let’s Chocolaat), it offers the following online services, functions and content to professionals, companies, consumers, users and any other end customer (hereinafter the User) to whom orders can be delivered within Spain.

- Technical information about products sold by Let’s Chocolaat.
- Online product purchasing.
- Email facilities for contacting the company.
- Other services and any services that the Let’s Chocolaat store may add to this website in the future.
In the future, Let’s Chocolaat may provide the User with new content, services or additional facilities, whether free of charge or paid, that increase the features available to the User. Let’s Chocolaat also reserves the right to cancel unilaterally any of the services, functions and content offered on this website.
Section Three: Status as a Let’s Chocolaat User
Access to the Let’s Chocolaat website is entirely voluntary and gives any person who accesses this URL, regardless of the method or technology used, the status of User. By voluntarily accessing the website owned by Let’s Chocolaat, the User accepts the content of this Legal Notice or General Terms and Conditions of Use without reservation or condition. The User must therefore read the Legal Notice/General Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before carrying out any transaction, viewing, use, download, purchase, management operation or other action at this URL.
All actions carried out by a User of Let’s Chocolaat are undertaken under the User’s sole responsibility.
Let’s Chocolaat does not require prior subscription merely to browse, access or use the online purchasing service offered through its website. Prior subscription and registration as a User (hereinafter, Registered User) may, however, be required to access certain content and services. For information concerning the processing of personal data, please read the Let’s Chocolaat Privacy Policy.
Section Four: User obligations
The User understands that all materials and content expressed or reproduced on the website in any manner or format belong to Let’s Chocolaat, unless expressly stated otherwise. The User also undertakes to use lawfully, diligently, correctly and honestly the information and content provided through the Let’s Chocolaat website or by third parties previously made available by Let’s Chocolaat, in accordance with good faith and current law.
Under no circumstances is the User authorised to distribute, copy, run, transmit, display, reproduce, license, use as the basis for other works, transfer or sell in any manner any information, documents, images, programming code, products or services obtained from this website. The User is authorised only to view them in their current form and download a single copy of the material to one computer for personal and private use, never for commercial purposes, provided that all industrial and intellectual property rules and similar provisions are observed.
The User also undertakes not to cause, maliciously or intentionally, damage or loss that might impair the Let’s Chocolaat website and not to distribute computer viruses capable of causing unauthorised changes to the website’s content or systems. Section Five: Let’s Chocolaat’s obligations
In relation to the User’s use of this website, Let’s Chocolaat undertakes to:
- Adopt the means and measures necessary to safeguard the security and privacy of communications. Let’s Chocolaat will not be liable where appropriate security measures have been adopted but are breached by third parties or external agents.
- Provide the services continuously and use all necessary means to restore them in the event of a failure, insofar as this is possible.
- Give Users reasonable advance notice of any known event that may affect the normal provision of the service or substantially alter its conditions.
- Protect the confidentiality of communications. Let’s Chocolaat accepts no responsibility where recordings are obtained by the User or third parties, or for any breach of confidentiality not attributable to it because it occurs outside its control.
Let’s Chocolaat accepts no responsibility for service failures or interruptions arising from equipment connected by the User without its involvement, failures attributable to third parties or force majeure. It likewise accepts no responsibility for damage caused to Users by computer viruses or external agents placed by third parties on the website or in electronic documents or files contained in the computer system.
Let’s Chocolaat may change the conditions of access to and location of content on the website and may restrict, block or withdraw Users’ access to services if they do not use the services lawfully, correctly and diligently. It may also block or remove unlawful or degrading content introduced by third parties that infringes applicable national or international laws or regulations.
Section Six: Let’s Chocolaat’s liability for operation of the website
Let’s Chocolaat will not be liable for any damage suffered by the User where it is unable to provide the service governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Use due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or other causes not attributable to the company.
Let’s Chocolaat will likewise not be liable for improper operation of the website where this results from maintenance, incidents affecting national and/or international operators, incorrect configuration of the customer’s equipment or insufficient capacity of that equipment to support the computer systems required to use the service.
Section Seven: Personal access identifier and password
To register on the Let’s Chocolaat website, the User must complete the customer registration form or the form in the website’s Register section.
Once the application has been reviewed and accepted by Let’s Chocolaat, the User will be assigned a user identifier or login and a personal password (hereinafter, the Access Credentials). Let’s Chocolaat reserves the right to accept or reject registration applications.
The Access Credentials are personal and non-transferable. The User undertakes to use them lawfully and diligently and not to make them available to third parties. Let’s Chocolaat accepts no liability for loss or damage caused or suffered through fraudulent use, loss or use of the Access Credentials contrary to these General Terms and Conditions.
The User undertakes to select, use and keep their login and password in accordance with the following clauses. If the Access Credentials are lost or stolen, the Registered User must notify Let’s Chocolaat immediately by email or by calling 902 36 77 51. Otherwise, the User will be responsible for any consequences arising from the loss or theft.
Access Credentials are assigned automatically. If the User selects credentials that have already been used by another User, new Access Credentials must be selected.
The Access Credentials allow the User to place orders or purchase products and services online, using the various payment methods offered by the system.
You represent and warrant that the information provided during registration is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old and that you are entitled to use the services offered on the Let’s Chocolaat website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
The User agrees to supervise use of the equipment and/or registered account by any minor or third party who uses it to access the Let’s Chocolaat website and accepts responsibility for their actions.
Section Eight: Online purchase of products
The Let’s Chocolaat website includes a B2C (Business to Consumer) e-commerce application that may be accessed only by Registered Users using their Access Credentials.
In all cases, prices, conditions and the purchasing process will be clear to the User. Product information, including technical data and physical descriptions, will be displayed clearly and expressly.
Let’s Chocolaat accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies in product information caused by typographical errors, system failures or unauthorised third-party intervention. Let’s Chocolaat is not responsible for expectations that product images may create for the User beyond the specifications expressly and clearly stated on the relevant product pages.
Products are offered subject to stock availability. Let’s Chocolaat reserves the right to withdraw products from sale without prior notice. Let’s Chocolaat is the only entity authorised to publish or withdraw special offers relating to products, prices or services on its website.
Let’s Chocolaat undertakes to deliver products to their destination within the period agreed by the parties. It accepts no responsibility for delivery incidents caused by third parties, force majeure and/or negligence by the transport companies providing the service.
Let’s Chocolaat accepts no liability for failure to meet launch dates for new products, which are given for guidance only.
Payment for purchased products will be made exclusively by bank transfer or credit card.
Section Nine: Intellectual and industrial property
The materials and content provided by Let’s Chocolaat are protected by laws, treaties and agreements protecting copyright.
Intellectual and industrial property rights belong to Let’s Chocolaat. The text, designs, images, databases, logos, structure, trademarks, domains and other elements of this website are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws and international treaties. Any reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, modification, communication to the public or other exploitation of all or part of the website’s content, in any form or by any electronic, mechanical or other means, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Let’s Chocolaat. Infringement of these rights may result in civil or criminal proceedings and corresponding financial compensation for loss and damage.
Removing, circumventing or manipulating the copyright notice or other identifying information belonging to Let’s Chocolaat is strictly prohibited.
The Let’s Chocolaat website may reproduce or display material protected by third-party copyright. If so, current legislation will be respected in the same manner as for material supplied by Let’s Chocolaat.
All intellectual and industrial property rights in this website are legally reserved. Access to or use of the website by Users must not be construed as granting any licence or right to use any asset owned by Let’s Chocolaat. The User also undertakes not to remove or alter any distinctive sign used as a trademark or trade name (graphics, logos, etc.), copyright-protected element or other notice, legend, symbol or label belonging to Let’s Chocolaat that appears on the website.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the User acknowledges that they are authorised to use information and intellectual property belonging to Let’s Chocolaat solely for their own needs and not to exploit commercially, directly or indirectly, the services to which they have access or the results obtained through use of the website.
By accessing the Let’s Chocolaat website, the User undertakes to use its services, functions and content in full compliance with the law and accepted commercial practices and will be liable to Let’s Chocolaat or third parties for any loss or damage caused by breach of this obligation.

The User will also refrain from destroying, altering, disabling or damaging data, programs or electronic documents belonging to Let’s Chocolaat, its suppliers or third parties through use of the website, and from introducing or disseminating programs, viruses, applets, ActiveX controls or any physical or electronic instrument or device that causes or may cause any alteration to the network, system or third-party equipment.
Let’s Chocolaat will not be liable for infringements by any User affecting the rights of another User or third party, including copyright, trademarks, patents, confidential information and any other intellectual or industrial property right.
Let’s Chocolaat will under no circumstances be liable for errors or omissions or for results arising from the use or application by third parties of information supplied by Let’s Chocolaat.
The truthfulness, completeness, currency, accuracy, comprehensiveness, correctness, validity or results obtained from the use of information posted by third parties on the Let’s Chocolaat website are not guaranteed.
Section Ten: Data Protection Policy
The Data Protection Policy is set out in the section provided for that purpose on the website governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Use, which can be accessed through the link entitled Privacy Policy.
Section Eleven: Infringements and unlawful activities
If Let’s Chocolaat discovers, either directly or through third-party notices or requests, that its data, services or products are being used for fraudulent, unlawful, unethical, offensive and/or unauthorised purposes, or that a User has breached any obligation assumed under these General Terms and Conditions of Use, the company reserves the right to suspend all or part of the services itself without the User’s prior authorisation. It may remove infringing content hosted on the servers on which this website is located or take any other measure it considers necessary to prevent the unlawful act or identified infringement from continuing.
Without prejudice to the above, Let’s Chocolaat reserves the right to report to the administrative or judicial authorities any facts that may constitute unlawful activity, without first notifying the User.
Section Twelve: Dispute resolution
Without prejudice to mandatory provisions in the User’s country of residence, these General Terms and Conditions of Use are subject to and governed by Spanish law.
If you reside in a Member State of the European Union, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute. If you do not reside in a Member State of the European Union, the Spanish courts will have jurisdiction.
Section Thirteen: Amendment of this Legal Notice or General Terms and Conditions of Use
Let’s Chocolaat reserves the right to amend this notice to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments and to changes or practices in the industry. In such cases, reasonable advance notice will be given of the changes to the Legal Notice or General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Data Protection Policy, and of the date on which those changes will take full effect.
Section Fourteen: Communications
Let’s Chocolaat may send communications to the User by post, email or public announcement through any medium. The User may likewise communicate with Let’s Chocolaat by post sent to the company’s registered office or by email sent to its customer service address.
Section Fifteen: Enquiries
For any enquiry, suggestion, complaint or question, Let’s Chocolaat provides Users with the following means of contact:

Section Sixteen: Returns
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to info@crispins.es within fourteen (14) working days of the delivery date, stating their decision to withdraw from the purchase and consequently return the Product.
Once the above communication has been sent, and within the following fourteen (14) calendar days, the Customer must send the Product to Calle C, units 43–46, Pol. Ind. Can Verdalet, 08490 Tordera (Barcelona). The Customer will bear the direct cost of returning the Product.
The Product must be unopened and in perfect condition, including its documentation and original packaging.
Once the goods have been received and their condition checked, the amount will be refunded to the same card used to make the payment.
