Chocolate and Raspberry Tart with Origin Cacao 51% Bars and Happy Biscuit Vanilla Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 Origin Cacao 51% Bars from Let’s Chocolaat

  • 200 g of Happy Biscuit Vanilla Cookies from Let’s Chocolaat

  • 100 g of melted butter

  • 300 ml of heavy cream

  • 100 g of cream cheese

  • 80 g of sugar

  • 150 g of fresh raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Happy Biscuit Vanilla Cookies and mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  2. Melt the Origin Cacao 51% Bars and mix with the cream, cream cheese, and sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
